Meet Lynn and Heber!

Lynn Moulton
Hi, my name is Lynn Moulton. I am 13 years old and I have lived in Summit County my whole life. I was born on February 24, 2005. My dad is a travel writer, so we travel out of the country all of the time. I love to travel and learn about different cultures and traditions. In total, I have traveled to 20 countries and can't wait to add a few more to my list, especially with my friends. My favorite things to do are to ski, skateboard, hike, fish, and travel. I'm so grateful that I was accepted to go on this trip. See you at the next meeting!






Heber Rojas
Hi, my name is Heber Rojas. I am in 7th grade and have lived in Summit County my whole life. I love snowboarding, lacrosse, and football. I love being a funny guy and making people laugh, but when the time comes, I am serious when I need to be. I have been out of the country a few times; I have gone to Guatemala city mostly every time I have gone outside of the country. I have been to 23 states, but Europe is the trip I am the most excited for!

Meet Abi, Lucas, and Matthew!

Abigail Wineland
Hi, my name is Abigail Wineland and I am a 14-year old freshman at Summit High School. I have lived in Summit County my entire life and enjoy the outdoors. I not only bike, hike, play soccer, alpine ski, and Nordic ski, but also play the violin and cello. I love to learn and interact with people which is why I am very excited for this amazing experience. History, especially WWII, interests me and I'm eager to learn even more about it. In 8th grade, I participated in NHD and made it to Nationals with my Holocaust documentary, "The Forgotten Heroes of the White Rose." I hope this life-changing trip will help me build on this knowledge and further inspire me to learn about the world around me.









Lucas Stephens
Hi, my name is Lucas Stephens, I'm 12 soon to be 13. I have always wanted to go to Poland and Germany since I was 5. I was born on May 1, 2005. I love to bike and ski and I have never been out of the country so this will be a new experience for me. My sister went to France about four years ago, but the rest of my family haven't been out of the country either. I am really looking forward to experiencing all of the new sites. I am so grateful to go on this trip. See you at the next meeting!







Matthew Watson
Hi, my name is Matthew Watson. I'm in 8th grade. I have lived in Summit County my whole life. I love to travel to places. I have been to New Zealand, Fiji, and Mexico, and I can't wait to go to Europe. My passion is skiing, which I've been doing my whole life and I'm planning to compete in big mountain skiing. I am excited to explore the places we are going and learn their culture and history and meet the locals that will help us through the journey.

Meet Sophia, Scout, and Benji!

Sophia Schupp
Hi, I'm Sophia Schupp, I am super excited to be going on this trip. I am an 8th grader and I too have been learning about the Holocaust and Anne Frank; as it makes me very interested, I would love to know more, which is why I wanted to participate in this trip. I have gone out of the country before and I am super excited to do it again, but with my friends this time, which makes it even more fun. This will be a great experience for all of us who are going. To see a different place and experience all the different foods and buildings, I cannot wait to go!








Scout Murphy
Hey, my name is Scout Murphy. I am in 9th grade at Summit High School I love to travel and explore the world! I am super excited to go on this trip, make new friends, and learn about different countries. I am also really excited to see all the art in these countries.








Benji Smith
Hi, I'm Benji Smith, I'm 13 and I currently attend Summit Middle School. I am super excited to be going on this trip and can't wait to go. I am also excited to meet some new people on this trip and have loads of fun trying new things. This will be my frist time traveling outside of the US, and I am glad that my first time will be to such an amazing place like Europe. I love playing soccer, basketball, golf, and I love skiing up here in the mountains!

Meet Shae, Liam, and Maya

Shae Coffman
Hello, my name is Shae Coffman, I am in 8th grade. I have never been to any of the places we will be going, and I can't wait to go on this trip of a lifetime. I was born in Frisco and raised in Fairplay, I moved to Summit County about 5 years ago. I have been dancing for almost all of my life. I have been to Mexico and cannot wait to go to Europe. I am so grateful for this opportunity to make new friends while traveling around Europe.

Liam Macreery

Hi everyone, my name is Liam, I am in 7th grade, and really love to read. I have only left the country once, but have been to 19 states, and am really excited to go to a new continent! My mother is well traveled and has been to three of the countries we are going to, so I know a little bit about life there (especially what foods to order) and am looking forward to putting pictures to the stories. Maya Sabo
Hallo, Ajoh, Hoe, Cześć, or Hello!!! My name is Maya Sabo. Ever since I was in 5th grade I have been fascinated with Europe. Europe comes will all sorts of History I love to learn about. Although it is a rather disheartening topic to learn about, the Holocaust teaches us a lot about emotions, actions, and ways people can be the most helpful and kind, but also how other can be so egregious and cruel. I am ecstatic I get to share this wonderful opportunity with so many of my wonderful peers and teachers. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for this opportunity and I am so excited to be going!

Meet Lindsey, Evan, Keaton, and Kayla

Lindsey Nolz
Hi, I'm Lindsey. I am 14 and a freshman in high school I love to play rugby, go skiing, go on hikes, and photography. I am very passionate about travel and enjoy making new friends so this trip will be a perfect experience for it! I have traveled all over Mexico, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and many other places. I am super excited to go to Europe for my first time!






Evan Jones
Hi, my name is Evan Jones and I am in 8th grade. I am looking forward to learning more about the Holocaust and looking at some of the places that we learned about in 7th grade. I enjoy learning hands-on and experiencing new cultures. I have only been out of the country twice so I am excited about this opportunity. I really like sports and outdoor activities such as soccer, hiking, etc. I am looking forward to meeting all of you in person.





Keaton Smith
Hi! My name is Keaton Smith and I am in 7th grade. I have traveled in the past all around the US and my family and I got to Mexico during Spring Break. I love to travel and learning new things. I am super psyched to go on this trip because I have always been fascinated with WWII and the Holocaust since I have family ties to it. I am really excited to go and see what Europe is like and to learn more!







Kayla Hanson
Hi, I'm Kayla! I am currently 13 years old and am in 8th grade. I love orange, polar bears, skiing, volleyball, and reading. Although I've been out of the country, this trip will be my first time overseas. After hearing so many cool things about Europe, I'm super excited to finally get to go and see for myself, even if I have to go with my brother! I have been counting down the days and can't wait for this trip to happen!

Meet Mia and Mikaela

Mia Wupperman
Hi, I'm Mia Wuppermann and I am 12 years old. Although I have traveled out of the USA before, I have only traveled to Europe once before and I was too little to remember anything. I am very excited to see how the architecture varies from here in the U.S. I already know many of you that are going on this trip, but I'm looking forward to meeting other people that are attending this trip!










Mikaela Clark
Hi, my name is Mikaela Clark. I am 13 and attend Summit Middle School. I am super excited for this trip and everything that we will get to see. Many people never get the opportunity to travel or see the world and I am so grateful that I will get this chance at such a young age. I think that this trip will be a great time for everybody who attends and will be very impactful on our lives. I am also  asinger and actress and I love to play rugby!

Meet Bella and Sophie

Bella Butler
Hi! I'm Bella and I am in 8th grade. Just like Alondra, I have never actually been outside of the United States, but I am super excited to go and see a little bit of Europe! I was in Ms. Monroe's Language Arts class last year when we studied the Diary of Anne Frank and I was immediately intrigued by all the events of the Holocaust and WWII. This is such an incredible opportunity and I can't wait to go!

Hi, my name is Sophie! I'm 15 and a freshman in high school. I was born in Frisco November 1st. I love snowboarding so much, photography, music, surfing, hiking, and skateboarding. I've been to Costa Rica, the Bahamas, and Mexico. I'm stoked to go to Europe for the first time!
