Preparing for our first meeting!

Hey there!

We have our first student/parent meeting coming up: Thursday, January 25, 2018, at 5pm! Yay! It is finally happening and the trip is coming up fast!

Some things I want everyone to have in mind before our first meeting:

1. Please make sure you have a current passport or have applied for your passport by NOW. They can take a while to process. How to do this can be found on the FAQs page.
2. Make sure the name EF has on file for you is an exact match to your passport because that name will appear on your airline tickets and if they do not match, you will not be allowed on the flight. 
3. Rooming requests will also be due at the meeting. If you have a friend(s) you would like to room with, you will need to submit those then. You can only room with your same gender, for families, there is an option to request a smaller room. Otherwise, I will do my best to make arrangements based on age and grade level. I will do my best to accommodate your requests but can hopefully guarantee at least one of your roommate requests. 
4. Come with ideas to fundraise! We have some ideas in mind, but really need to get the ball rolling to start with fundraising ASAP.
